At The Meru Sanur, Tri Tattwa offers a distinctly Balinese perspective on modern wellbeing. The philosophy brings together Bayu, Sabda, and Idep as three paths towards balance. Rather than treating wellness as a single ritual, the journey moves through energy, sound, awareness, and stillness. Each element invites guests to reconnect with something often lost in everyday life: presence.

Bayu: The Energy to Move
First comes Bayu, the life force associated with breath, energy, and movement. It begins with the body, awakening vitality through purposeful motion. For World Wellness Weekend, the experience pairs HYROX-inspired training with breathwork. In collaboration with Ultra Fit, guests explore strength, endurance, and movement with greater intention.
The HYROX Experience takes place on Saturday, September 19, from 6:30 to 7:30am. It offers an energetic opening to a weekend shaped around conscious wellbeing. Here, wellness feels wonderfully physical. The body wakes first, creating a natural bridge towards what comes next.

Sabda: When Sound Becomes Stillness
From movement, the journey gently shifts towards Sabda, the Balinese essence of sound, voice, and vibration. Later that Saturday, the Floating Sound Bath invites guests into a quieter chapter. Taking place from 6:30 to 7:30pm, the experience unfolds in collaboration with Aqua Sculp.
Surrounded by the ocean, guests drift through resonant sounds and gentle vibrations. Singing bowls and layered frequencies encourage the body to soften and the mind to slow. As movement fades, sound becomes a passage into stillness.

Idep: The Space to Be
Finally comes Idep, the principle of thought, awareness, and consciousness. The journey continues on Sunday, September 20, from 6:00 to 7:30am, with Roots of Taruwana. Inspired by the spirit of Wana, the experience draws on nature, movement, creativity, and gratitude.
The morning begins with sunrise yoga, followed by sound healing and a Sacred Tree Wish Ritual. Together, these moments encourage guests to slow down and become more present. There is no need to rush towards the next experience. Instead, Idep asks us to notice where we are, breathe deeply, and return to ourselves.
A Balinese Approach to Modern Wellbeing
Together, Bayu, Sabda, and Idep create more than a wellness programme. They offer a distinctly Balinese interpretation of wellbeing.
Movement awakens the body. Sound softens the senses. Awareness brings everything back into balance.
Perhaps that is the quiet beauty of Tri Tattwa. Wellness does not always require escaping life. Sometimes, it simply asks us to experience it more consciously.
