Bali Dessert Week Brings the Art of Pâtisserie to Bali Beach Hotel

Bali Beach Hotel, The Heritage Collection, welcomes Bali Dessert Week: Pâtisserie Artist from 31 July to 3 August 2026. The event celebrates Indonesia’s rich pastry traditions through refined culinary craftsmanship. Held at Roso Restaurant, the experience is led by Executive Pastry Chef Komang Gede Juniartha. His menu blends nostalgic Indonesian flavors with elegant classic pâtisserie techniques.

Every creation reflects locally inspired ingredients and the richness of the archipelago. Australian Butter Baking adds depth, balance, and a delicate finish to each pastry. Guests can enjoy a thoughtfully curated afternoon tea inspired by Bali’s landscapes and culinary traditions. Every course tells a story through texture, aroma, and flavor.

The journey begins with Jembrana Bedugul, inspired by Bali’s western highlands. Rich cacao, cool mountain air, and lush landscapes shape every bite. Next comes Semaga Kintamani, a tribute to the island’s volcanic highlands. Bright citrus and delicate floral notes create a refreshing balance. Meanwhile, Lembaran Raspberry Madeleine reimagines a classic French pastry with vibrant local character. Fresh raspberry flavors add a lively finish. Finally, Quiche Soto Ayam offers a savory interpretation of Indonesia’s beloved comfort food. It pairs beautifully with coffee or tea.

Priced at IDR 250,000++ per person, the afternoon tea is available throughout the festival. The experience invites guests to discover Bali’s culinary heritage through every carefully crafted course.
