Meanwhile, the dining experience unfolds as thoughtfully as the music. Michelin starred Chef Park Sung-Bae joins The Meru Sanur’s Executive Chef Marco Medaglia to present a six-course tasting menu inspired by the sea. Each dish highlights seasonal ingredients and refined techniques. Signature cocktails by Ingook Cho complete every course with carefully crafted pairings.
