As Bali’s sunset season unfolds, Pullman Bali Legian Beach brings back one of its liveliest annual social gatherings. Ravishing Rum Rivals returns to the resort’s Infinity Pool Bar on Friday, 24 July 2026, blending tropical cocktails, live entertainment, and ocean views into one spirited afternoon.
Running from 4 pm to 8 pm, the annual Bar Takeover celebrates Bali’s easygoing beach lifestyle. Guests can expect refreshing rum cocktails, vibrant music, and playful competition beside the infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean.
A Sunset Celebration with Tropical Spirit
This year’s edition partners with Santana Rum and Squeeze, presenting a menu inspired by tropical flavours and contemporary mixology. Selected cocktails are available for IDR 250,000 nett, including a Buy One Get One Free offer throughout the event.
Rather than a traditional drinks menu, the experience revolves around a friendly cocktail showdown. Bartenders Juwita and Desak each present their own interpretation of Santana Spiced Rum, inviting guests to sample both collections before choosing a favourite.
Two Bartenders, Ten Signature Cocktails
Juwita’s creations lean into layered tropical flavours. Highlights include Santana Tropique, blending pandan-infused rum with jackfruit-infused Campari and coconut-washed vermouth. Golden Tide mixes pineapple, lime, and orgeat for an effortless poolside sip, while Berry Botanica combines strawberries, mint, and rosemary soda.
Her menu continues with the citrus-driven Spice Desire and Caribbean Ember, a richer combination of passion fruit, caramel, and orange.
Meanwhile, Desak presents a brighter island-inspired collection. Your Passion showcases passion fruit and triple sec, while Island Breeze captures refreshing citrus notes with grapefruit, yuzu, and kaffir lime.
Guests can also discover Tropical Santana, featuring basil and lychee, alongside the citrus-forward Nihon Bird. The collection concludes with Gold Fashioned, a playful rum twist on a familiar classic.
Cocktails, Live Music, and Sunset Views
The atmosphere extends beyond the bar. Throughout the afternoon, live DJs, a saxophone performance, and a fire juggling show transform the Infinity Pool Bar into one of Legian’s most vibrant sunset venues.
