Two chefs from different culinary backgrounds will meet at Adriana Cocina & Bar at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali. On 19 and 20 June 2026, Chef Gerardo Ramos and Chef Matias Mardones will present a special eight-course dinner. Their styles are different, but both focus on honest flavors and meaningful dining experiences.

Chef Gerardo Ramos built his career across Mexico, the United States, and Indonesia. He is known for structured kitchen leadership and authentic Latin American cuisine. Chef Matias Mardones followed a more instinctive journey, learning through family cooking before working in kitchens across Asia. Today, he creates bold and balanced dishes at 25hours Hotel Jakarta.

The collaboration dinner highlights two approaches to Latin cuisine. Chef Gerardo focuses on precision and consistency, while Chef Matias brings energy and layered flavors. Together, they created a menu centered on texture, balance, and clear taste without unnecessary complexity.
The dining experience will take place at Adriana Cocina & Bar on the 8th floor of Samasta Lifestyle Village. The dinner is priced at IDR 1,100,000 net per person, with optional beverage pairing and cigar selections. Seats are limited to maintain service quality, and reservations are available through Instagram or WhatsApp.
