Motel Mexicola will open its third and largest venue in Uluwatu this July. Inspired by Baja California, the destination combines Mexico’s coastal culture with Uluwatu’s surf lifestyle, ocean views, and vibrant nightlife. The new venue reflects a fresh side of Mexico while staying connected to Bali’s relaxed atmosphere.
Designed by Mexican architect Carlos Cole, the 2,500-square-metre venue showcases Spanish mission-inspired architecture, handcrafted tiles, stone archways, fountains, and original artwork. The space will accommodate up to 350 guests across indoor and outdoor dining areas, multiple bars, a DJ booth, live entertainment stage, and intimate dining spaces.
The culinary experience is led by Culinary Director Manuel Santos and Head Chef Manuel Bernal. Guests can enjoy handmade tacos, fresh seafood, grilled meats, Baja-inspired specialties, and signature dishes cooked over a custom wood-fired grill. The beverage menu features creative margaritas, Mexican cocktails, regional flavors, and more than 45 premium Mexican spirits.
After more than two years of development, Motel Mexicola Uluwatu becomes the group’s most ambitious project. The venue introduces Bali guests to Baja California through authentic cuisine, distinctive design, lively entertainment, and immersive hospitality, creating a destination beyond traditional Mexican dining.
