Suwarga Garden at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali: A New Destination for Weddings and Events in Bali

Outdoor celebrations in Bali embrace tropical greenery, open skies, and the island’s unmistakable natural character. Against this lush backdrop, Suwarga Garden offers a fresh setting for meaningful gatherings. Located at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali it brings a relaxed sense of place to celebrations in Jimbaran.

Suwarga Garden officially entered its soft-opening phase on 10 August 2026, ahead of its Grand Opening on 25 September 2026. Named after the Sanskrit word Suwarga, meaning “heaven,” the garden is designed for weddings, gala dinners, product launches, corporate gatherings and MICE events.

Spanning approximately 6,800 square metres, Suwarga Garden accommodates up to 1,250 guests across five distinctive spaces. These include The Banyan Court, Lawn Courtyard, Cascading Lawn, Pavilion, and Waterfall Court. Meanwhile, a 7-metre waterfall creates a striking centrepiece within the lush setting. Open lawns and intimate spaces also offer flexibility for ceremonies, receptions, and larger celebrations.

The venue’s opening followed a traditional Melaspas and Mecaru Ceremony on 29 July, followed by a Chinese blessing, ribbon-cutting, tumpeng-cutting and Barongsai performance on 10 August. The celebration brought together Mövenpick, Summarecon, contractors, vendors, local representatives and the Jimbaran community.

With its soft opening now underway, Suwarga Garden is ready to welcome its first celebrations before the Grand Opening. Wedding planners, event organisers and corporate clients can arrange site inspections through Instagram, WhatsApp, or webpage.
