The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali partners with MILKLAB to present The Art of Coffee, a special coffee experience celebrating International Coffee Day. Running from 1 October to 30 November 2026, the collection features three signature beverages inspired by Mikael Jasin, the 2024 World Barista Champion and MILKLAB Brand Ambassador.
The collection features three distinctive creations at The Lobby Bar & Lounge. Lemon Almond Cookie combines shortbread syrup, almond milk, and matcha foam. Honey Oat Lychee blends honey, lychee, oat milk, and espresso. Macadamia Palm Sugar Latte brings together macadamia milk, palm sugar, espresso, and aromatic pandan foam.
Throughout the campaign, the resort’s in-house barista, Maulida Fika, introduces guests to the inspiration and techniques behind each creation. A professionally certified barista with experience in specialty coffee, manual brewing, and sensory analysis, Fika brings her expertise and creativity to every cup.
The experience culminates with Brew After Hours on 31 October 2026 at Ikan Beachfront. Mikael Jasin and Maulida Fika will present the three signature beverages together in a relaxed beachfront setting overlooking the Indian Ocean. The gathering celebrates specialty coffee, international expertise, and local talent through a shared appreciation for the craft behind every cup.
